JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Phone Sales Associate (Closer)
Reports: to Owner
Job Type: Sales
Pay: $16/hour plus commission
Role Description: You’ll be responsible for answering and executing phone consultations and converting inquiries into bookings.
Responsibilities
-Answer calls/messages in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
-Turning our leads into booked clients
-Responding to inquiries & comments on FB ads/page
-Prospecting via FB messages
-Scheduling Clients for their bookings
Expected Results
-A 40% conversion rate (leads into bookings)
-Maintaining the Inbox at 0 unread messages at the end of every day
